This natural skin care recipe is based on asian herbal medicine. Choose the most suitable techniques and easier to you to get the ingredients:
Almond Oil
Almond tree has been cultivated since about 4,000 years ago. There are two types of almonds: sweet and bitter almonds. For skin care usually used the sweet almond oil (Prunus dulcis). Aloe vera
For more than 1,000 years aloe vera has been known as a herbs medicine. Aloe vera gel is applied to the skin serves as a moisturizing, disinfectant and stimulate the regeneration process. If your skin is bruised or acne, aloe vera also can be used as anti-inflamation agent by inhibiting the formation of bradykinin and prostaglandins hormones. In addition, because it has the effect of sunscreen, aloe vera is also used as additives in skin sun block products.
Cucumber
Cucumber is well known as moisturizer skin herbs. Cucumber contains a lot of water, but zero calories so it is useful to refresh as well as moisturize the skin.
Method: Take half a fresh cucumber. Grate or crush till crushed. Add 10 drops lemon juice. Toss well and apply to face, neck and entire body parts like bleached. after 15 minutes and rinse with clean water. Do it every day for a month and for maintenance do this twice a month.
Green tea (Camellia sinensis)

Lemon and Honey
